Adele manages to infuse an unbelievable amount of emotion into every song she sings here. Her voice is just as, if not more, lovely live, and the powerful lyrics seem to cut right through you when delivered with such a great deal of sadness. Her lyrics are honest and deep; anyone can connect to them, and they speak of pain, love, and especially love lost. I love Adele because every song is so different, and there are no "fillers". Each song is as wondrous as the last, and her vocal range makes it even more astounding. This album might not be one you dance to, but it is one you want to listen to over and over. It makes you feel understood, gives you a great deal of respect for Adele, and really makes you want to sing along and let loose. If you want something to really listen to, this is it.
