Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian really bring their voices full circle on this album. Some songs like: Attack and She's Like Heroin have you jumping and swinging your fists in the air while songs like Soldier's Side and Holy Mountains have an eerie haunting melody.
This album has me thinking and comparing them to bands like Queen and Led Zeppelin because of their ability to play such a wide variety of styles both musically and vocally.
Hypnotize is only one half of the double album (released separately) that the guys released in 2005.To me, it's where the music S.O.A.D started to sound a bit more refined. Great album and addition to my morning routine...WARNING; I AM A LIVELY MORNING PERSON.
